St. Pius X Parish School is proud to offer Student Council as a way for our middle school students to grow as leaders and make a meaningful impact in our community. Student Council members serve as the voice of the student body and work together to plan events, lead service projects, and build school spirit.
What Student Council Members Do
Elected and appointed members will:
Attend meetings twice a month during lunch/recess.
Serve as tour guides at the November and January Open Houses.
Help plan activities for Catholic Schools Week.
Identify a realistic need within the school and organize a fundraiser.
Plan one or two middle school dances (winter/spring).
Assist with planning Field Day.
Write a monthly Knightly News update on student leadership.
Lead or support service projects.
Additional leadership opportunities may be added throughout the year as new needs arise
